Arrowhead lies 3-1/2 miles north of Reville, about 67 miles SE of Tonopah..
Arrowhead was a small silver camp developed in 1919 in a sandy gulch of the Reville Range. The townsite consisted of a few stores, garage, several dwellings, and a post office cira WWI. The silver mine was operated by The Arrowhead Mining Company, incorporated with 1.5 million shares valued at 10 cents each.
Only small amounts of silver were produced by the mines and most mining activity ceased in 1923. Only one stone cabin remains today.
