Two adits/tunnels of the Spelter mine.

The Spelter group of claims (No. 48, pl. 30) covers the west end of a ridge half a mile west of the Hoodoo mine, in the Goodsprings Mining District, in Clark County. There are three tunnels, but lead ore has been found only in the upper two. The middle tunnel, 160 feet long, explores a shear zone roughly parallel to the bedding of Bullion dolomite.

There is no record of production from this mine.
